Returns and Refunds
We're committed to making sure you love everything you buy from us. If you're not completely happy with your product, you can return your item within 3 days for a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions.
We're really sorry to hear that you've received your items in less than perfect condition. If you've received some or all of your order and it's damaged, please contact us asap so we can sort this out for you.
You can either use our contact us form or call us on +964 774 801 00008. If you choose to call, please try to have the following details to hand so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible:
- Customer reference number
- Names of damaged products
- Quantity of damaged products
- Packer number - a four digit number stamped or handwritten on the invoice or on the outside of the parcel
- Batch code - a combination of digits and letters starting with an X on the product (e.g. XM102LA)

We know how frustrating it can be when the colour you order isn't quite what you expected! We always try and display the colours of our make-up products as true to life as possible, although this can sometimes vary depending on the device you are using. Please bear this in mind when choosing your favouritemake-up products!
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is dispatched, we'll send you a despatch confirmation. This will include the following information; Items purchased, payment information, delivery method, delivery information, tracking number (if applicable).
If you placed an order using your The Body Shop account, you can track your order through the My Account hub.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed successfully there is a very short 15 minute window where you are able to cancel, before our system begins processing it. You can cancel the order yourself by heading to your account.
If you're on mobile, head to your account by clicking on the menu icon on the top left hand corner of your screen. When the menu pops up, click on the My Account icon (a body outline).
On desktop? Click the My Account icon on the top right hand side of your screen. Once signed in, click on the My Account dropdown and navigate to Order History. You've made it! If you're within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will see a Cancel Order button. Select this and your order will be cancelled and you will recieve an email to confirm this. After this time, please contact our Customer Care team using the chat icon, if we are unable to cancel an order it can be refunded /returned once it has been processed.

Orders can normally be collected two hours after the order is placed, unless the order is placed less than two hours before your chosen store closes in which case it should be ready for collection two hours after the store opens the next day.*

Depending on what delivery service you have chosen will depend on how long it will take for your products to be delivered.
